The Basque List of Clean Technologies under the aegis of the Basque Government's Ministry for the Environment and Territorial Policy, the Flanders's Ecologiepremium, the Dutch MIA-VAMIL list and the UK ECA List are public economic instruments in the EU that lead to tax deductions and accelerated depreciation allowances for companies that introduce environmental impact minimisation technologies, and generate 3,372 billion euros a year of private investment in SMEs.
