Ideas Consultancy

The ideas consultancy rounds of the spheres of action of the Ideas Laboratory of the Basque Ecodesign Center. It closes the cycle that began with the technology watching and monitoring work that allows new spheres of action to be identified that are analysed in depth during the thematic research and round tables.

The ideas consultancy seeks to shape those new business ideas that have surfaced during the two earlier stages, in order to define economic-environmental feasibility study that allows the customer to decide whether or not to implement it.

In the same way as in the previous cases, based on an initial briefing that defines the problems or opportunity detected and objectives to be met, research work is carried out to gather and assess all the information available. This information is then used for a brainstorming phase, where different possible business approaches are generated and assessed using the innovation tools of the Ideas Laboratory.

During this phase, the laboratory works with the customer in the assessment and subsequent selection process. Those selected ideas are developed in detail in the last of the stages of the service.
