External Communication

The Basque Ecodesign Center organised different technical events in 2014 to showcase some of its work. In addition to its own activity and to disseminate its activity to the general public and to the stakeholders concerned, it also took part and attended events organised by other entities where it showcased its activity and those of its members. As part of these activities, the Basque Ecodesign Center has been present at:

  • International technical or scienti?c congresses, where the Basque Ecodesign Center presented the own methodology approaches developed and piloted in the companies of the Basque Country.
  • Awareness-raising and dissemination events, aimed both at public opinion and the industrial sector, to highlight the advantages and opportunities that the Life Cycle Analysis and Ecodesign o?ers the companies that apply it.
  • Joint work sessions with other stakeholders of the Basque Country in order to encourage other Basque companies and speci?cally the SMEs that form part of the supply chains of the partner companies to discover and introduce these work guidelines in their daily operations.
